Manufacturing
Comcept manages manufacturing of
the designed product in order to provide a
single-window operation to its clients.
Comcept has a moderately sized
manufacturing facility consisting of Component
pre-forming, SMT and IMT assembly, Wave Soldering,
Screen printing, Processor controlled test-jigs and
Standard test equipment. In-house manufacturing is
done for low to medium-volume production runs.
High-volume production is
arranged through outsourcing to OEM. The final
system integration and testing are, however,
performed by Comcept engineers to ensure conformity
to specifications.
